Role: CREATIVE PRODUCER + TOUR MANAGER
My role encompassed: A dual campaign in New York City and San Francisco, I assisted the Executive Producer to bring the custom bike build to life, and then map and strategize key tour stops for the product sampling and publicity campaign: #YestoMovement. This included a mix of Yes To’s big-box, key retailer locations such as CVS and organic positioning amongst their target market in both cities.
C3 worked with the fabricator to ensure that the bike was as weather-proof as possible to endure the summer elements. I produced the photoshoot for the bike, a mini-event in and of itself before the program launch. I also forged local partnerships in NYC with smaller businesses and events to ensure the Beauty Bike could make an appearance front and center.
Once launched, I became Tour Manager of the NY market. This included training all ambassadors on the product and the client’s sampling and awareness goals, tracking sampling and program metrics, and providing weekly event recaps with KPIs.
